As an international business with suppliers and representatives the world over, we have a duty to operate responsibly.

We therefore want to ensure that all our Buyers Supporting VIVE live up to our values and standards and share that responsibility.

Accordingly, Buyers Supporting VIVE should be compliant with all local laws and seek to develop relationships with their own supply chains consistent with the following Buyers Supporting VIVE Code of Conduct.

1. Employment is freely chosen
2. Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected
3. Working conditions are safe and hygienic
4. Child labour shall not be used
5. Land acquisition is properly considered and communicated
6. Living wages are paid
7. Working hours are not excessive
8. No discrimination is practised
9. Regular employment is provided
10. No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
11. Confidentiality is respected
12. No bribery or corruption will be tolerated
13. Environmental management standards are practised and enforced
14. Quality standards are maintained as agreed
15. Compliance with Buyers Supporting VIVE Code of Conduct is mandatory

VIVE reserve the right to withhold and/or cancel participation. Participation is valid for 3 years from the date of joining.
